How to increase profits with stock?

Utilising stock to improve profits is an easy way to avoid wastage and make improvements to your bottom line. Did you know that Real World Analytics has a number of options to help you identify and utilise dead stock and your overstocks in both the dispensary and front of shop?

Here are some tips from Simon Eames, our Customer Success Manager.

• If you are running live stock, you can see your dead stock and your overstocks at any time of the year, and we can show you where that stock can be used in your group.
• If your stock is not live, then we have very useful prediction modules which identify potential dead stocks.
• ABC Stocktaking is able to load your stocktake results into McLernons for you. Even if you are not running live stock, at that point your stock becomes live and for lines that are in fact ‘dead’, the stock figures remain accurate until they are dispensed or sold. Darren Donoghue at ABC Stocktaking said that it’s important to let them know ahead of time that you want the stocktake loaded so that the stocktake is done at the right level of detail.
