Entering Flu Season

Flu season is upon us again and with another year of expected high demand for this service we have enhanced our Flu module to help you easily identify suitable patients for this service across each of your branches.

Flu Vaccination Service

We have created a list of suitable patients based on the following criteria:

1. Potential Repeat Flu Patients: The patient has a record of receiving the vaccine last year on the PMR.
2. Potential New Flu Patients: These are patients with no record of a flu vaccine for last year but do meet the criteria of being over 50 or under 50 with the relevant medical conditions.

Once your branches have started dispensing the flu vaccination against the patient on the PMR we can then track the number of vaccinations each of your pharmacies have done as well as providing some benchmarking on this service for your branches and company. We will then include this as part of your weekly report pack. This will help you easily keep track of the number of vaccinations completed throughout the season and may also help with ordering your supply for next year.
